I am an experienced psychologist offering individually tailored therapy online. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, with a core focus on helping you build trust in yourself — in your thoughts, your emotions, and your decisions.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, make sense of your experiences, and understand the patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck.
